How to size your rope

  1. Stand on the middle of the rope with one foot.
  2. Pull the handles straight up along your body.
  3. The handles should reach about your armpits (higher for a shorter rope, a little lower for beginners).
  4. Cut or adjust the rope to fit.

What to look for

  • Adjustable length. Helpful for sharing or growing into it.
  • Swivel handles. Ball bearings help the rope spin smoothly.
  • Comfortable grips. Look for non-slip handles of a good size.
  • Durability. Coated cables and replaceable ends last longer.
